• Performance optimization
• Migration services
• Custom checkout solutions
• Multi-store platform development

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respecting intellectual property rights

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or prohibited activities.

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by MageBolt and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without explicit written permission.

Custom work developed specifically for clients remains the property of the client upon full payment.

Payment terms are as follows:

• Project payments are due according to the agreed milestone schedule
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
• Disputed charges must be reported within 30 days

We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.

MageBolt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
